Our design services are available as standalone products and can be purchased directly through our website. Whether you’re ordering a logo, artwork for apparel, or supporting brand assets, each service follows a clear process so you know exactly what to expect from start to finish.

If you’re clear on what you need, you can select and purchase the appropriate design service online. If you’d prefer some guidance before committing, our team can help you define the scope first.

OPTION 1

Purchase Design Services Online

Best if you know what you’re after and want to get started quickly.

If you already have a clear idea of what you need, you can select from our available design services directly through the website.

Choose Your Design Service

Step 1: Select the design service that suits your project and complete your purchase. You’ll be asked to provide a short brief outlining what you’re looking to achieve.

Scope & Confirmation

Step 2: Once we receive your order, we’ll review your brief and confirm the scope of work via email. If needed, we may suggest a quick call to clarify details before starting.

Design & Revisions

Step 3: Our design team will prepare the first round of concepts based on your brief. You’ll receive these for review, with up to three rounds of revisions included to refine the design.

Additional revisions can be accommodated if required and will be discussed along the way.

Final Files

Step 4: Once the design is approved, we’ll supply your final files in the required formats. If the design is for apparel or merch, we can move straight into production.

If you’re not quite sure what you need yet, or your project is a little more involved, we recommend getting in touch first.

This option is ideal if you:

  • Need help defining the scope
  • Want advice before choosing a service
  • Are combining design with print, merch, or retail finishes

Initial Enquiry

Step 1: Send us a message with an outline of your project. We’ll respond with a proposed scope of work and a quote.

Approval & Payment

Step 2: Once you’re happy with the scope, we’ll issue an invoice. Work begins once payment is received.

Discovery (If Needed)

Step 3: If the project calls for it, we may suggest a short discovery session to align on direction and expectations. If you’d like a call, just let us know.

Design & Revisions

Step 4: We’ll develop initial concepts and work through up to three rounds of revisions to refine the design.

Final Files or Production

Step 5: After approval, we’ll supply your final files or move directly into production if the design is being used for apparel, merch, or print.
