How To Order Custom Apparel

ORDER DIRECTLY THROUGH OUR WEBSITE

You know what you want, you're ready to go - here's the quickest way to get your custom apparel to you.

  1. On the product page, select either 'ADD CUSTOM OPTIONS' or 'BUY CUSTOM'

     

  2. Select your print method by clicking on the icons for '1 Colour Screenprint', '2 Colour Screenprint', 'Digital Print (DTF)' or 'Embroidery'. For 3 or more colour screen printing, please contact us HERE to place your order.



  3. Select your print location.


  4. Should you wish to add another print, select 'ADD ADDITIONAL PRINT'. You may add as many prints as you like. 



    You will then be prompted to repeat the above 2 steps (print method and location) for each additional print.

  5. To alert us to any special requests or notes regarding your order, click 'ADD NOTES'.



    Please note this step is optional and we will always provide a proof prior to print for approval.

  6. Select the colours and sizes of your desired apparel. Please keep in mind that we do have minimum requirements associated with both our screen printing and embroidery. This will be listed on the product page when ordering.



    Once you have selected your colour and sizes, you will see the 'ADD TO CART' button appear. You may add multiple colours with the same design by selecting the first colour, adding your sizes and adding to cart, before then repeating the process with the next colour. 



  7. You're so close! While it is not essential that you upload your artwork before checking out, we will need it before we can begin the proofing process, so we always suggest providing all required artwork during ordering.

    To do so, view your cart by clicking the shopping bag icon in the top right hand corner of your screen.
     
    Select 'CLICK TO UPLOAD FILE' and select your desired artwork. ( Make sure you upload artwork for each print location, even if its the same design).



  8. Checkout and you're good to go!

    PLEASE NOTE: If you have provided all required artworks, we will be in touch with a digital proof via email. This must be approved by you before production commences. If no or incorrect artwork has been provided, we will be in touch prior to proofing!

  3. Once the quote and scope of work is approved, an invoice will be issued for payment.

  4. Upon payment, we will provide you with digital proofs prior to production for your approval
