Warranty Policy

Mistakes happen, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product or service, we will go to every length to rectify the issue.

Due to the nature of the products we provide, there is a chance there could be issues with either the product or garment we’re printing on, or with the print itself. We warrant all prints for a period of 6 months under normal use pending the product guidelines have been adhered to.

Items that will not be covered by warranty.

• Normal wear resulting from standard usage that occurs over time.
• Damage to product resulting from improper care or unnecessary roughness.
