We order as required, with most of our suppliers delivering within 1-2 business days. If a product is out of stock when we process an Order, The Colour Cartel will contact the Buyer to discuss alternative solutions, revised delivery times or cancellation options.

How long do orders take?
How long do orders take?
For all production items, a proof will be emailed to you within 3 business days of placing your order. Once approved, our turnaround times are as follows:
Apparel: We do our best to get orders out as soon as possible. Our apparel lead time is 10-15 business days from artwork approval, however we ALWAYS push to get your order out as soon as possible. Ask us at the time of ordering as to what our expected lead time is, and we can give you a definitive answer.
Promo: Please note that products found under the 'promo' tab may take 4-6 weeks from artwork approval to shipping/collection. This is due to the fact that we are unable to keep stock of everything in our warehouse, requiring some products to be sourced on demand. This will be listed on the product page where applicable.
Premium Brands: Certain Premium products are sourced on demand direct from global sourcing warehouses, meaning lead times can extend to to 20 business days from artwork approval.
With all custom products being produced to order and different order sizes, there may be variables here. Should there be any difference, we will alert you at the time of order.
What are the minimums for apparel?
What are the minimums for apparel?
Certain print methods have minimums that apply.
For Screen Print, our minimum units is 20x per design. This is to cover the extensive setup required for screen print.
For Digital Print, we do not mandate a minimum, but note that products are always cheaper when purchased in bulk, with the first % discount kicking in at 5x units!
For Embroidery, our minimum units is 10x per design.

For DIgital Prints, there is no setup fees!
For Screen Print and Embroidery, these are built into the pricing. Should you purchase via the Customer Service team, we can outline exactly what these are for you.
Should your artwork need adjustment, such as converting to a working file, we do charge a small fee which is separate to any setup fee's.

We ship Australia-wide and offer both regular and express shipping options on all of our products. You can select this at checkout.
All orders will be delivered via either Australia Post or Team Global Express. If you would like more information on the location of your order, you can use the tracking number provided at the time of dispatch. We will send this to you in an email once your order is on the way!
Please note:
- Whilst every effort is made to ship your order as soon as possible, there can be delays after the order has left us. These potential delays are out of our control, however we would be happy to assist you should you have any concerns.
- Please note that all orders will be dispatched during our operating times of Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.
- Dispatch does not occur during VIC public holidays as our Warehouse is closed.
We also offer showroom pick-up for our Victorian customers.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer any type of exchange or refund, except in situations where the product has been deemed faulty. This is because once printed or customised, we are unable to undo that customisation.
We do not provide refunds for product returns other than in circumstances where required by Australian State and Federal Law.
