We aim to get your orders out as quickly as possible. Typical lead times are 10-15 days from artwork approval, depending on the complexity of your order. Ask us when placing your order for a more accurate estimate.

Promotional Products

Items under our “Promo” category may take 4–6 weeks from artwork approval. Many of these products are sourced on demand, so lead times can vary. Check the individual product page for specific information.

Premium Brands

Nike and Stormtech products are sourced from North America, which can add approximately 1 extra week to the standard lead time.

Patches & Labels

Products that fall under 'Retail Finishes' are sourced on demand, so lead times can vary. Ask us at the time of ordering as to what our expected lead time is, and we can give you a more definitive answer.

Need your order shipped? No worries! We offer regular and express shipping via Australia Post or StarTrack. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched so you can follow its journey.

Please note:

• While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, delays after shipping are beyond our control.
• Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm AEST.
• No dispatch occurs on VIC public holidays.

We try to keep stock levels up to date, but with thousands of colour and size combinations, it’s not possible to hold everything on-site.

• Popular items are usually in stock and ready to ship.
  
• Items not in our warehouse can often be ordered from suppliers without delay.
  
• Occasionally, some items may be out of stock with both us and our suppliers. We will always contact you in advance to discuss your options.
