What is Your Lead Time?

We do our best to get orders out as soon as possible, however our lead time can extend to 3 weeks from artwork approval. Ask us at the time of ordering as to what our expected lead time is and we can give you a more definitive answer.


Need your order shipped? No worries! We offer both regular and express shipping options on all of our products. You can select this at checkout.

All orders will be delivered via either Australia Post or Startrack. If you would like more information on the location of your order, you can use the tracking number provided at the time of dispatch. We will send this to you in an email once your order is on the way!

Please note:

  • Whilst every effort is made to ship your order as soon as possible, there can be delays after the order has left us. These potential delays are out of our control, however we would be happy to assist you should you have any concerns.
  • Please note that all orders will be dispatched during our operating times of Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.
  • Dispatch does not occur during VIC public holidays as our Warehouse is closed.

Click & Collect

We offer Click and Collect to our Victorian customers. Simply select this at checkout when placing your order!

All Click and Collect orders are to be picked up from our warehouse, located at:

VIC, 3076

Stock Issues

We do our best to ensure our stock levels are up to date, however as we offer tens of thousands of options (think colours and sizes), it's impossible for us to hold stock of everything we offer in our warehouse.

While our most popular items are kept on site, we're super lucky to have the support of our suppliers. This means that for anything we don't carry, we're able to order it in from our suppliers without any delay. 

Sometimes however, there may be items that are both out of stock with us and our suppliers. We'll always let you know ahead of time and discuss with you the options we have available!
