Minimum Order Quantities
Built For Bulk
We're a bulk merchandise and apparel company. Our systems, production and team are set up to handle orders at scale. Here's how our order minimums work, why they exist, and what they mean for your job.
Our Minimum Order Value
To make sure we deliver the level of service, quality and turnaround our clients expect, we have a minimum order value of $350 incl. GST, excluding freight.
This allows us to properly allocate design, admin, setup and production time to every job, without compromising the finished product and the service that goes with it.
We understand it won't suit every small order, but it helps us stay focused on what we do best — producing high-quality merchandise efficiently and consistently for all of our clients.
Minimums By Print Method
Certain print methods also have item minimums that apply, on top of the $350 order value. These come down to the setup each method requires.
Screen Print
- Minimum 20 units per design
- Covers the extensive setup — films, screens and press setup are prepared for every colour in your design
- Keeps the per-unit price sharp as quantities climb
Digital Print
- No unit minimum
- Products are always cheaper when purchased in bulk
- The first discount kicks in at just 5 units, and keeps scaling from there
Embroidery
- Minimum 10 units per design
- Your logo is digitised once into a stitch file, then run on every garment
- Keeps the setup worthwhile for you and for us
What Counts Toward The $350
Counts Toward It
- Garments and products
- Printing, embroidery and any setup charges
- GST — the $350 is measured on the GST-inclusive figure shown in your cart
Doesn't Count
- Freight — shipping is calculated separately at checkout and sits outside the minimum
Mix & Match
Combine different products, colours and sizes to reach $350. The order value applies to your order as a whole, not to any single product.
