Purchasing Through the Website
Select from our pre-existing design packs and services.
Start by selecting and purchasing the design service/s you need from our website. In the provided fields, give us a brief outline of your project and what you're looking to achieve.
After receiving your order, we'll reach out via email with a detailed scope of work. This includes initial design ideas and concepts tailored to your brief. If necessary, we'll arrange a discovery call to dive deeper into your vision and ensure we understand your desired outcome perfectly.
Once the scope of work is approved, our talented design team will begin crafting your first drafts. You'll receive these drafts for review, and we offer three rounds of revisions to ensure the design meets your expectations. Need more tweaks? We're flexible and can accommodate additional changes on a case-by-case basis.
After you've approved the final design, we can then proceed with production! Your items will be delivered to you in the desired formats, ready for you to showcase proudly.

Once we receive your inquiry, we will respond with a detailed scope of work and a quote via email.
When you're satisfied with the scope and quote, we will issue an invoice for payment.
After payment is received, we may arrange a discovery session call if needed to better understand your desired outcome. If you feel a call will be helpful, just let us know and we'll tee something up.
Our design team will then get to work on creating the first drafts. During the revisions and changes stage, we offer three rounds of revisions to ensure the design is perfect. If further tweaks are needed, we are flexible and can accommodate additional changes on a case-by-case basis.
Once the design is approved and finalised, your items will be produced and delivered in the desired formats.
