PRINT TYPE - ROYAL®

We're super proud of our prints, and like to think that it sets us apart from the rest.
We've spent years researching and developing the best print method to keep up with the ever evolving logo and design trends. Logo's nowadays often feature multiple colours and gradients that are integral to the identity of the logo, and with traditional apparel printing methods, these aren't always able to be replicated.

With our Royal® print method, we combine the hand feel and durability of a screen print, with the capability of digital printing, similar to DTG technology.
Unlike DTG though, no matter the colour or type of material, we can print on it and ensure the vibrancy of our wide ranging colour band.

Our Royal® method consists of using a large flatbed printer to print ink in reverse onto a film, the film is then run through a curing unit to bring it to a state we can handle and won't run. From there, we press and apply it to the garment, removing the film and leaving only the ink behind.

Gradients, 1000's of colours, precise prints and NO vinyl!

HOW DURABLE IS IT?

Super! We've ran test prints with small lettering and loads of colours through 50+ washes and our prints retained their stretch and vibrancy right the way through.
Different to screen print and other similar methods, our prints stretch with the garment rather than cracking.

WHAT COLOURS CAN IT DO?

Our Royal® print process is CMYK (it's actually slightly wider than traditional CMYK, but if you need us to colour match please ask as majority of the time we can get pretty close). We have the ability to Pantone (PMS) colour match. All you need to do is indicate the colors in your order.
We can't print in RGB - this will become apparent with neon/fluro colours. Talk to us though, as we do have workarounds for it!

WHAT OTHER PRINT OPTIONS DO YOU HAVE?

We can offer cut vinyl or printed vinyl - whilst we don't do a lot of vinyl, it is great to be able to offer a solution for metallic or fluro options that wouldn't otherwise be able to be produced with our Royal® print method.

HOW DOES IT LOOK?

Oh.. you tell us!
