The Colour Cartel TT-R50E Giveaway

1. The Promoter:
The Promoter is The Colour Cartel (ABN: 81 647 171 953) with its registered office at 38 Nexus Road, Epping Victoria, 3076. The Colour Cartel will hereafter be referred to as the ‘Promoter.’

2. Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or involved in its set up shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

3. To enter, an entrant must, during the promotional period:
Spend $1000 between the commencement of the competition and 11:59 PM on October 31st.
Every $1000 spent will grant one entry into the draw. For example:
- Orders between $1000 and $1999 will receive one entry into the competition.
- Orders between $2000 and $2999 will receive two entries into the competition.
- Orders between $3000 and $3999 will receive three entries into the competition.
- Orders between $4000 and $4999 will receive four entries into the competition.
- Orders between $5000 and $5999 will receive five entries into the competition, and so on.

4. The promotional period will run from 12:00AM on 19th August 2024 until 11:59PM  31st October 2024. No entries will be accepted outside this time.

5. The rules of the competition and the prize for the winner are as follows:
- The competition is open to Australian residents across all states and territories who fulfil the method of entry requirements.
- The prize for the competition is a custom Yamaha TT-R 50 motorcycle, branded with the winner's business name or design.
- There will be only one winner selected for this prize.
- There is no limit to the number of entries one participant can accumulate.
- For every $1000 spent the entrant receives 1 ticket into the draw.
- For an entry to be valid, full payment must be completed, and cheques must have cleared.
- The winner must retain a copy of the purchase receipts associated with each entry.

6. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

7. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable.

8. Upon the conclusion of the competition, the winner will be chosen at random and announced during a live draw on social media. The date, while TBC, will be advertised on social media prior to the draw.

9. The winner will be contacted directly by email and/or phone within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

10. The Promoter will notify the winner when and where/how the prize can be received. The winner will be liable for any shipping fee's associated with delivering the prize, should they not be able to pick it up from the Promoter at 38 Nexus Road, Epping Victoria, 3076.

11. Use of Prize: The winner accepts the prize at their own risk. The Promoter will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of using the Yamaha TT-R50 motorcycle.

12. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

14. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

15. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. The winner also agrees to images and videos of the bike (once customised) being shared publicly, on social media.

16. The winner’s name will be published on our website.
