You know what you want, you're ready to go - here's the quickest way to get your custom apparel to you.

1. On the product page, select either 'ADD CUSTOM OPTIONS' or 'BUY CUSTOM'
   
    
   
   
2. Select your print method by clicking on the icons for '1 Colour Screenprint', '2 Colour Screenprint', 'Digital Print (DTF)' or 'Embroidery'. For 3 or more colour screen printing, please contact us HERE to place your order.
   
   
   
   
3. Select your print location.
   
   
   
4. Should you wish to add another print, select 'ADD ADDITIONAL PRINT'. You may add as many prints as you like. 
   
   
   
   You will then be prompted to repeat the above 2 steps (print method and location) for each additional print.
   
   
5. To alert us to any special requests or notes regarding your order, click 'ADD NOTES'.
   
   
   
   Please note this step is optional and we will always provide a proof prior to print for approval.
   
   
6. Select the colours and sizes of your desired apparel. Please keep in mind that we do have minimum requirements associated with both our screen printing and embroidery. This will be listed on the product page when ordering.
   
   
   
   Once you have selected your colour and sizes, you will see the 'ADD TO CART' button appear. You may add multiple colours with the same design by selecting the first colour, adding your sizes and adding to cart, before then repeating the process with the next colour. 
   
   
   
   
7. You're so close! While it is not essential that you upload your artwork before checking out, we will need it before we can begin the proofing process, so we always suggest providing all required artwork during ordering.
   
   To do so, view your cart by clicking the shopping bag icon in the top right hand corner of your screen.
    
   Select 'CLICK TO UPLOAD FILE' and select your desired artwork. ( Make sure you upload artwork for each print location, even if its the same design).
   
   
   
   
8. Checkout and you're good to go!
   
   PLEASE NOTE: If you have provided all required artworks, we will be in touch with a digital proof via email. This must be approved by you before production commences. If no or incorrect artwork has been provided, we will be in touch prior to proofing!

Direct To Garment printing is similar to DTF printing, however the ink is added to the fabric without the use of film. Another digital method that can achieve gradients, shadows and more. Perfect for small or large orders. To order, contact our customer service team here.

The volume pricing that we offer covers both the garment and the printing and can be viewed on each individual product page. Here's the breakdown:

For example, if you were to purchase 10x of the ASColour Staple Tee, with printing on both the front and back, you would be eligible for a 25% discount on the entire product (including printing).

Another perk is that you are able to purchase different colours or sizes of the same product and still be eligible for the discount! This makes our volume pricing ideal when ordering for a team of people, or ordering multiple sizes of the same garment. Any questions, click the link below!

How do I apply the discount?

You don't need to lift a finger! Volume discounts are calculated and automatically applied in the cart.

What is Your Lead Time?

Apparel: We do our best to get orders out as soon as possible, however our apparel lead time can extend to 3 weeks from artwork approval. Ask us at the time of ordering as to what our expected lead time is and we can give you a more definitive answer.

Promo: Please note that products found under the 'promo' tab may take 4-6 weeks from artwork approval to shipping/collection. This is due to the fact that we are unable to keep stock of everything in our warehouse, requiring some products to be sourced on demand. This should be listed on the product page where applicable.

Premium Brands: Nike and Stormtech products are sourced on demand from North America, meaning lead times can extend to 4 weeks from artwork approval (1 additional week).

Delivery

Need your order shipped? No worries! We offer both regular and express shipping options on all of our products. You can select this at checkout.

All orders will be delivered via either Australia Post or Startrack. If you would like more information on the location of your order, you can use the tracking number provided at the time of dispatch. We will send this to you in an email once your order is on the way!

Please note:

• Whilst every effort is made to ship your order as soon as possible, there can be delays after the order has left us. These potential delays are out of our control, however we would be happy to assist you should you have any concerns.
• Please note that all orders will be dispatched during our operating times of Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.
• Dispatch does not occur during VIC public holidays as our Warehouse is closed.

Click & Collect

We offer Click and Collect to our Victorian customers. Simply select this at checkout when placing your order! All Click and Collect orders are to be picked up from our warehouse, located at: 38 Nexus Rd, Epping VIC, 3076

Stock Issues

We do our best to ensure our stock levels are up to date, however as we offer tens of thousands of options (think colours and sizes), it's impossible for us to hold stock of everything we offer in our warehouse.

While our most popular items are kept on site, we're super lucky to have the support of our suppliers. This means that for anything we don't carry, we're able to order it in from our suppliers without any delay. 

Sometimes however, there may be items that are both out of stock with us and our suppliers. We'll always let you know ahead of time and discuss with you the options we have available!
